1 申请外商来访报告表一份，盖公章

office or the foreign-funded company
2 邀请单位营业执照副本复印件（如果是投资企业，还需批准证书复印件）或者代表机构登记证复印件一份，盖公章
Copies of business license of the foreign-funded
company or the registration certificate
of the Beijing office (The foreign-funded
company should also provide the copy of
its approval.). These copies should be
stamped with seals of the Beijing office
or the foreign-funded company
3 被邀请人有效护照复印件，盖公章
Copy of the passport of the applicant
which should be stamped with the seal
of Beijing office or the foreign-funded
company
4 被邀请人就业许可复印件或者代表工作证复印件一份，盖公章
Copy of the employment license
or working card of the applicant, which
should stamped with the seals of the Beijing
office or the foreign-funded company
